Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with patient examinations and treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
  • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
  • CMA certification from a recognized organization (AAMA, AMT, or NCCT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire and maintained throughout employment.
  • Prior experience as a medical assistant preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
