Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients delivering high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your primary responsibility will be to implement evidence-based treatment plans, collect data, and document client progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 Direct ABA Treatment: Implement individualized treatment plans to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports.
  • Collaborate with Supervising BCBAs: Work closely with our BCBAs to ensure high-quality service delivery and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Support Parent and Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents and caregivers as directed by our BCBAs.
  • Collect and Document Data: Gather and record client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Communicate with Parents and Supervisors: Regularly communicate with parents, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and inform treatment plans.
  • Provide Services in Various Settings: Deliver services to clients in their homes, schools, or other agreed-upon locations.

Qualifications
