The Relationship Manager II plays a vital role in delivering exceptional member service and driving business growth at Nuvision Federal Credit Union. Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with members through consultative conversations, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Processing and funding various loan types, including closed-end signature loans, lines of credit, and personal loans.
- Generating new business through proactive outreach and follow-up activities.
- Performing account maintenance, including changes of address, name changes, and adding/updating account holders.
- Assisting with leadership functions and coaching/mentoring staff members.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 18 months of experience in a financial institution, with a focus on loan experience and reaching service and performance goals.
- Strong knowledge of deposit and loan products, including trust, IRA, certificates, and loans.
- Proven ability to garner business and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and anticipate member needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and build strong relationships with members.
