Job Overview:

As an integral part of the Facilities and Plant Engineering (F&PE) team, the chosen candidate will take charge of crafting, sustaining, and disseminating a comprehensive, cross-functional facilities project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to align with diverse production initiatives and facility objectives. The ability to convey the strategy effectively across various organizational levels is essential.

Employing Critical Path Method (CPM) expertise, the candidate will pinpoint critical paths and devise strategies to resolve any conflicts encountered along these paths.

Responsibilities include preparing and presenting briefings to leadership and project teams. A background in facilities engineering, strategic planning, construction management, and/or program or project management is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Facilities Planning team in translating the capital plan into an actionable IMS.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be adept at formulating plans and schedules amidst uncertainty.
  • Possess knowledge of Maximo, SAP, MS Project, or Primavera P6.
  • Utilize various communication techniques to foster strong relationships.
  • Understand basic aircraft production processes.
  • Be familiar with construction methodologies.

Qualifications:
  • MS Project experience is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in Construction Project Management is essential.
  • Experience with Capital Project Management is advantageous.

Education:
BS degree with 4-8 years of experience or MS degree with 2-6 years of experience.
