About the Role

We are seeking a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist to join our team as an Eyelash Extension Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience applying single lash extensions and volume lashes, as well as promoting Deka Lash services in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply single lash extensions and volume lashes to clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Promote Deka Lash services through social media and word-of-mouth referrals
  • Book appointments and manage client schedules
  • Meet monthly sales goals and participate in commission-based sales
  • Work weekends and evenings as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • CURRENT Georgia esthetician or cosmetology license
  • Experience applying lash extensions
  • Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Punctuality and reliability
