We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Practice Nurse/Certified Midwife to join our team at Prime Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and navigation through all phases of pregnancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial intake, social service assessment, physical assessment, and review of lab and diagnostics
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments to ensure excellence in clinical outcomes and patient safety
- Cultivate relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote customer satisfaction
- Facilitate patient navigation through all phases of pregnancy
Requirements:
- Current and valid Advanced Practice RN NJ License
- Current and valid Certified Nurse Midwife Certification
- BLS upon hire and maintained current
- Two years' experience as an ANP preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Maternal Child Health
- Prenatal Clinic experience preferred
- MSN with specialization in ANP in Women's Health
