Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical mentorship to junior engineers.

  • Conduct quality control reviews of engineering project components.
  • Assist in project scheduling and task distribution.
  • Perform additional assigned responsibilities as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a PhD in Engineering with at least 2 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Enhance work processes for improved efficiency and ongoing development.
  • Independently manage design assignments with expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MicroStation, and/or AutoCAD software.
  • Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.
  • Strong time management and project forecasting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification relevant to the discipline.
