**Job Summary:** The QMHP provides recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. This position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, assessing client needs, and coordinating efficient utilization of agency resources.

**Key Responsibilities:** Continual supervision and ensuring safety of assigned youth population; Conducting scheduled therapeutic recreational activities; Linking consumers and families to needed resources; Collaborating with first responders and community stakeholders.

**Qualifications:** Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field; Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record; Regular, predictable attendance considered an essential requirement.
