Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist will ensure that the organization has the appropriate personnel in place to effectively implement its strategic objectives. This role is accountable for delivering top-tier talent within designated timelines and budgetary constraints. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the entire hiring process, from attracting candidates to finalizing hires, while guaranteeing a positive experience for all candidates throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and drive all recruitment initiatives within the designated scope.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for all assigned roles, from attraction and screening to selection and onboarding, including maintaining contact with candidates during their notice period.
- Craft and publish professional job advertisements.
- Guide and advise Hiring Managers and leaders using recruitment insights and market intelligence to influence local hiring decisions.
- Manage various channels to engage with active candidates, including employee referrals, online sourcing, advertising, events, and recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines for future hiring needs, exploring new channels and innovative strategies.
- Coordinate interview schedules with managers and candidates, including room bookings and confirmation communications.
- Maintain engagement with candidates during their notice period.
- Assist with global projects as needed.
- Support the planning and coordination of hiring events.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement efforts.
- Ensure the integrity of recruitment data is upheld to the highest standards within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile
Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Desirable:
- Demonstrated recruiting experience in a complex corporate environment, preferably multinational.
- Proficient in identifying both passive and active candidates through various attraction channels.
Essential:
- Ability to positively influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior management, and to build valued relationships with both managers and candidates.
- Outstanding communication skills.
Education:
· Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
Planning and Decision Making:
- Able to effectively plan personal workload within set deadlines.
- Capable of following or developing project plans.
- Required to adhere to all applicable practices and documentation.
- Work will be reviewed to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
Impact and Scope:
- The role has a national geographic scope, with occasional support for international roles outside the host country.
- Contributions will significantly inform and support key decisions regarding people processes and programs.
- Incorrect decisions or recommendations are unlikely to lead to failure in achieving major organizational goals.
