Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide exceptional services within a school system in California. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored sessions to assist diverse students in overcoming challenges and achieving their potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, making data-driven decisions to inform instruction
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
