We are currently looking for a CNC Machinist to become a vital part of our team. This role involves operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture components while adhering to ATI's stringent safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual inspections of incoming raw materials.
  • Execute manufacturing operations on CNC lathes.
  • Machine parts to precise tolerances for final inspection.
  • Inspect and clean finished products at the end of the production cycle.
  • Perform final product inspections.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing leadership and team members to achieve common objectives.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Accurately complete required documentation.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Preferred:

  • Machining certificate or prior CNC machining experience is advantageous, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
Skills:
  • Commitment to safe working practices.
  • Desire for continuous development of machining skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • High mechanical aptitude.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

ATI offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with eligibility beginning on the first of the month following your hire date. Additional benefits include a 401(k) plan with generous employer contributions, three weeks of paid time off annually (including vacation, personal, and sick time), and eleven paid holidays each year.

This position also qualifies for a new hire bonus of $2,000, distributed in two increments: $1,000 after 60 days of employment and $1,000 after 120 days of employment.
