Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Audit Clerk to join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton Whitestown, IN. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and guest services during the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
- Revenue Management: Monitor and manage hotel revenue, including processing cash and credit transactions, and ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management, to ensure seamless operations.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a front desk or night audit role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications: Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.
