  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and provide patient-centered care.

  • Demonstrated experience in providing care to patients with complex needs, including those with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives, with experience in contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
