About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team at Central Maui Animal Clinic, a hybrid emergency and general practice located in Kahului, Hawaii. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality veterinary care to our patients and their owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support veterinarians in ensuring quality veterinary care and advocating for pets
  • Assist with surgeries and procedures in accordance with state Veterinary Practice Act
  • Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options
  • Maintain relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems
  • Use safe restraining techniques and follow standard protocols to ensure a clean and sterile environment
