  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner, assist customers with merchandise inquiries, and provide suggestive sales to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain the sales floor and inventory in a clean, neat, and organized manner to maximize profits.
  • Production Goals: Ensure accurate counts and achieve and exceed the MGI production goals of 14 racks or carts per day.
  • Teamwork: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, customers, and donors.
  • Adaptability: Be willing to work evenings and weekends, and adapt to changing sales floor conditions.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Skills: Ability to lift up to 60lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extensive periods of time.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, and basic mathematical skills.
