We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Cypress Cove Center in Muscle Shoals, AL. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
- Work collaboratively with licensed nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition or concerns to nursing staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
