Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain plumbing systems including sinks and toilets
  • Perform repairs and installations of furniture
  • Address issues related to ceilings, flooring, and lighting
  • Execute patching, painting, and staining projects
  • Conduct minor repairs in masonry, concrete, and drywall
  • Service and maintain mechanical equipment and vehicles
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling for events
  • Carry out routine inspections and provide repair recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance
  • Valid driver's license from New York State
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
