About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Learning expert to join our team at Apex Innovations. As a key member of our Human Resources Development team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the competencies of our employees through strategic learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and further develop our existing digital learning world
  • Produce learning media as needed, implementing company-wide production know-how for the creation of subject-specific learning media
  • Support colleagues in the conceptualization and production process, providing necessary trainings and guidance
  • Develop target group-specific, media-based preparation and ensure economic efficiency in learning initiatives
Requirements

We are looking for a communicative and creative individual with a passion for digital learning. You should be comfortable working on larger projects as well as in one-on-one exchanges, and have a drive to actively shape the learning culture at our organization.
