Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for supervising ABA staff, monitoring the effectiveness of skill-building interventions, and providing supervision to ABA Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise ABA staff to ensure high-quality client care and adherence to ABA principles.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of skill-building interventions and make data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes.
  • Provide supervision to ABA Behavior Technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement child-specific behavior plans in accordance with ABA Therapy principles.
  • Develop and lead quality initiatives to improve client service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of State and Federal laws, regulations, and guidelines related to ABA services.
  • Promote the growth of Highlights Healthcare and contribute to the pursuit of new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree from an accredited program in ABA or a related field.
  • Current BCBA Certification from the BACB.
  • One year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Experience with programming, developing, and implementing intervention programs.
  • Reliable transportation, valid Driver's License, and proof of insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and produce high-quality results while handling competing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain positive learner and family interactions with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related computer programs.
