Position: Senior IAM Engineer

Work Arrangement: HYBRID - 3 days onsite/2 days remote

Employment Type: DIRECT HIRE - FULL TIME

Compensation: UP TO $150,000, plus annual bonus and benefits

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in industry-standard SSO technologies and protocols (OAuth, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, SAML).
  • Proficient in Identity and Authentication solutions such as Okta, Auth0, Active Directory, or Azure AD.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IAM, covering Authentication and Authorization Data, Endpoint Security, Network Security, and Policy Engine.
  • Scripting skills in languages like JavaScript, HTML, and PowerShell.
  • In-depth knowledge of directory services, particularly Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Experience with deploying and integrating IAM solutions in cloud environments (Azure).
  • Strong grasp of security best practices for Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage security and logical access control processes.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of IAM processes and their lifecycle.
  • Enhance Cloud Privileged Identity Management and JIT\JEA workflows.
  • Improve overall authorization and authentication protocols within the client’s infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IAM and Infrastructure teams to minimize disruptions to authentication and authorization services, address underlying issues, and optimize IT supplier services.
  • Design and implement long-term strategies for authentication and authorization to enhance user experience while mitigating risks.
  • Streamline and enhance user experiences.
  • Implement and maintain technologies to ensure compliance with audit and privacy standards.
  • Support Azure role-based access control (RBAC) for managing administrative access to Azure resources.
  • Review proposed designs from Azure Cloud application and infrastructure teams.
  • Engage in Continuous Process Improvement— Develop and assess current practices, policies, procedures, and standards in response to customer demand and regulatory requirements.
