Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Record and report resident data, including vital signs and observations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to resident care planning


Requirements

  • Valid Washington State license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Active status on the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) Registry
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a long-term care setting
  • Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety protocols
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic life support certification
