L&M Supply is a unique retail company that requires knowledgeable and friendly employees to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We're seeking a Merchandising Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our retail stores by maintaining positive relationships with customers and organizing display shelves.

Your primary duties will include greeting customers, helping them find specific products within the store, taking inventory of products, and restocking shelves in your assigned department.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, merchandising standards, and ability to prioritize tasks.

Knowledge of farm and bulk products and accessories is preferred. The estimated salary range for this position is $13-$15 per hour, depending on location and experience.

What You'll Do:

  1. Greet customers and help them find specific products within the store
  2. Taking inventory of products and restocking shelves in your assigned department
  3. Maintaining positive relationships with customers and organizing display shelves
