  • Sign-on Bonus: $2,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a variety of maintenance tasks to maintain the integrity of buildings and grounds in line with industry benchmarks (45%)
  • Assess and rectify mechanical systems to uphold health and safety regulations (5%)
  • Perform maintenance on electrical systems and machinery (5%)
  • Assist in the repair of ventilation, refrigeration, and other essential systems (5%)
  • Ensure air conditioning, heating, and plumbing systems are operational for a conducive work environment (5%)
  • Inspect and maintain alarm systems as required (5%)
  • Carry out pest control measures and general maintenance duties (5%)
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of repairs related to racking, doors, and dock levelers (5%)
  • Conduct manual repairs and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities (5%)
  • Fulfill additional assigned responsibilities as necessary (5%)
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

3+ years of relevant experience in maintenance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Familiarity with AIB standards
  • Understanding of battery maintenance and charging protocols
  • Knowledge of sanitation and janitorial practices
  • Experience with air conditioning systems
  • Certification as a Maintenance and Reliability Professional is advantageous
  • HVAC certification or relevant field experience is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to climb, crawl, squat, kneel, and reach
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects over 25 pounds
  • Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving issues promptly
