Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Home Product Management Planning team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and success in the U.S. nephrology healthcare market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement synergized frameworks across the global Home Product Management organization to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and executives to set the strategic direction for our Home Product Management team.
  • Develop and execute overall product marketing plans and strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Assist with the establishment and execution of short and long-term goals and objectives for product marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all promotional and advertising materials meet internal and FDA regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing impactful marketing programs.
  • US nephrology healthcare market segment experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration skills are a must, with demonstrated work experience across cultures a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as effective presentation skills.
