Job Summary

Presbyterian Medical Services is seeking a Customer Access Representative to provide front-line support to patients and staff at our community health center.

Duties and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic computer skills. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff.
  • Managing patient flow and scheduling appointments.
  • Performing various clerical tasks, including registration, billing, and payment collections.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • At least 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting or 1 year in an administrative and/or customer service role.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Windows-based programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

PMS offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
