Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shop Manager/Dispatcher to join our team at Glass Doctor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily schedule of jobs, handling incoming product, and maintaining stock and inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and organize all deliveries and incoming product
  • Order and maintain stock and inventory levels to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage shop equipment and fleet vehicles to ensure optimal performance
  • Handle re-orders and re-scheduling of jobs as needed
  • Invoice completed jobs on a daily basis
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • Proactively manage the schedule of future work, including routing decisions
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions
Requirements
  • Prior knowledge of the glass industry is a plus, but not required
  • Physical ability to lift objects, handle, and organize heavy pieces of inventory and glass
  • Light computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $37,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
