Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing a range of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair various equipment, including plumbing fixtures and HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance on building automation systems to enhance comfort for patients and staff.
- Perform generator testing, replace lighting fixtures, and manage general building maintenance issues.
- Utilize technical drawings and manuals for effective troubleshooting and repairs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Execute preventative maintenance on emergency systems and other essential building operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical rooms in line with the maintenance program.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or technical roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and follow up on maintenance tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Building Automation Systems is preferred.
- Experience with computerized work order systems is a plus.
