We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Housekeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. This exempt position comes with a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $90,000 plus bonus eligibility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality operations, preferably with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience in housekeeping operations is required, although a bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience may also be considered. Key responsibilities include leading housekeeping teams, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and implementing process changes to improve operational efficiency.

  • Housekeeping Operations: Lead housekeeping teams to ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation of our rooms and public areas.
  • Revenue Growth: Analyze data to identify opportunities to increase revenue through improved operational efficiency and strategic pricing.
  • Guest Experience: Foster a culture of excellent service, respond to guest concerns, and ensure every interaction meets or exceeds guest expectations.
