Solari Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service property management company with communities throughout California, specializing in multifamily affordable housing since 1993. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining high-quality properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage community team members to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Maintain accurate resident files in compliance with management procedures and funding agency regulations
  • Process applicants and lease units according to Resident Selection Criteria
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local government agencies, such as HUD and TAC
  • Conduct regular inspections of maintenance work, grounds, and common areas
  • Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in property management
  • Proven experience in supervising staff members
  • Experience with Section 8 and managing periodic inspections
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills
  • Detail-oriented and reliable transportation
  • Valid California driver's license and proof of auto insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience with Yardi program
  • Knowledge of fair housing, 504 ADA, HUD, and Section 42 regulations
  • Certified Professional of Occupancy Certification (CPO) or Specialist in Housing Credit Management Designation (SHCM)
  • Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) or Fair Housing Coordinator (FHC) Certification
Compensation:
  • $28/hour
  • Temporary position
