Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping students enhance their communication skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in students' communication skills
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Experience working in school settings and familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Must possess or be eligible for a Montana Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and other professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
