Our research aims to predict and control organism behavior, engineer secure novel biological systems, discover chemical and biological signatures, and accelerate these goals through data capture, analysis, and artificial intelligence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented postdoctoral fellow to join our Bioscience Research Foundation team. As a McClintock Fellow, you will spend half of your time on your own original research and half of your time integrated with existing Sandia R&D projects. You will work under the guidance of Sandia staff mentors and have the opportunity to publish your research in leading journals and present it at top-tier conferences.

• Conduct original research in bioscience and biotechnology
• Collaborate with Sandia staff mentors and other researchers
• Present research at conferences and publish in leading journals
• Develop and deploy data capture, analysis, and artificial intelligence tools

• PhD in a field relevant to biological sciences, conferred within the past three years
• Strong research experience and publication record
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance
