Houseperson Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Houseperson Driver to join our team at Texas Western Hospitality Group. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests to and from the airport or other locations.

About the Role:

• Assist guests with loading baggage and ensure their safe transport to and from designated locations.
• Drive according to hotel policies and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Report any accidents or vehicle damage to your supervisor promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining and promoting hotel services, local events, and facilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our vans to ensure passenger comfort.
• Ensure the hotel entrance and drive-up areas are presentable and well-maintained.
• Offer directions to guests and respond to their requests and complaints in a friendly manner.
• Present a professional image through appearance and dress.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Necessary licenses and driving record documents must be kept in the vehicle at all times.
