Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at AnthroMed Education. As an Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of young students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate student speech-language abilities to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students, aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments, analyze results, and develop reports to identify strengths and areas of concern in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
  • Stay current with professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to inform practice decisions.
  • Collaborate with instructional staff to develop treatment plans that are strength-based and child-centered.
  • Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings to ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery align with school, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Support teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
