**About the Role:** As a Guest Service Representative for Southern Vacation Rentals, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support the processing of guest requests.
  • Participate in cleaning and refreshing properties to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage and submit weekly reports through Paylocity.
  • Other duties may include assisting with laundry tasks, ordering supplies, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as assigned.
  • Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
