Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients without the need for procedures or intubations.
- Work on a structured schedule of 7 am to 7 pm, with options for both full-time and PRN positions.
- Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians per shift, supported by nurse practitioners during daytime hours for patient management, rounding, and admissions.
- Participate in a call rotation to support night nurse practitioners, averaging 7 night call shifts per month for additional compensation.
- Manage an average patient load of 20 per shift in an open ICU setting, focusing on follow-ups and code responses without procedural responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary with options for employed or 1099 models, along with additional call pay.
