We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated clinical faculty member to join our team at the University of Kentucky. About the Role:

  • Provide clinical expertise in infectious diseases, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with various infections.
  • Attend UK HealthCare inpatient consult services and ambulatory services for a wide range of illnesses, including HIV/AIDS, bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement innovative projects related to the care of vulnerable patient populations, including those affected by the opiate crisis.

About the Division:

The Division of Infectious Diseases within the Department of Internal Medicine is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, advancing medical knowledge, and educating the next generation of healthcare professionals. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our patients and the community we serve.

About the Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
