What We Seek

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our team as a Residential Cleaner. This role requires a dedicated individual who will uphold our values while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in our properties.

Work hours may vary weekly and seasonally based on operational needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain Vacasa properties following established cleaning protocols and standards
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces
• Move reasonably portable furniture to clean underneath and behind
• Assist with laundry tasks as needed
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and homeowners by ensuring properties are clean and well-maintained
• Identify and report any damages to properties, creating maintenance requests as necessary
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris
• Meet and maintain required housekeeping performance metrics
• Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
• Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
• Maintain hot tubs as needed; no prior experience required - we provide on-site training
• Other duties as assigned - as each day presents unique challenges

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone and personal email address
• Availability on weekends
• Strong attention to detail
• No prior experience necessary; we are happy to train
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift over 20 pounds

Compensation:

Sign-on bonus after 30 days and a retention bonus of $500

Performance-based, discretionary quarterly bonuses for eligible employees
