Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction in activities of daily living to support individuals in achieving independence
  • Transport individuals to and from community resources and events, promoting socialization and community integration
  • Teach new skills and assist with personal care needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
  • Foster positive relationships with individuals, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Utilize problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills to ensure effective support

Requirements:

  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Complete required training, including First Aid/CPR certification

Additional Information:

  • Drug Test required
  • Background report and driving record required
  • TB test required

Work Environment:

Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, First Shift
