Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction in activities of daily living to support individuals in achieving independence
- Transport individuals to and from community resources and events, promoting socialization and community integration
- Teach new skills and assist with personal care needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
- Foster positive relationships with individuals, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Utilize problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills to ensure effective support
Requirements:
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License
- Complete required training, including First Aid/CPR certification
Additional Information:
- Drug Test required
- Background report and driving record required
- TB test required
Work Environment:
Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, First Shift
