Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and advocating for the health and wellbeing of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Counsel patients regarding their health care and prescription medication needs, providing expert advice and guidance to support their overall health and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and patient care, applying this knowledge to improve our services and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
