Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Receiving Operations: Oversee the receiving process, ensuring all inbound product is accurately received and processed in a timely manner.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Train, motivate, and develop Receiving Associates and Leads to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and Improve Processes: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the receiving process, reducing errors and increasing efficiency.
  • Manage Workload and Priorities: Distribute workload effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet business needs and deadlines.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all paperwork and documentation is accurate and up-to-date, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Receiving or Inventory Control: Preferred.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and train team members, as well as communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately count and record inventory.
