We're looking for a dedicated COTA who will work closely with our rehabilitation team to provide high-quality care to our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing facility and be familiar with the rehabilitation process. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
  • Provide direct patient care, including exercises and activities designed to improve functional abilities
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • COTA certification
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
