Job Summary

The Lane Construction Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, this individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior HR leaders and managing various HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions and create employee files and documentation.
  • Compile information and prepare reports, including tracking monthly time exceptions for the HR function.
  • Reconcile purchase card transactions, submit and track purchase requisitions, and address invoices.
  • Coordinate large meeting and training logistics and provide support during events.
  • Arrange travel for senior HR leaders and manage the VP of HR, Organization and DE&I calendar.
  • Manage the internal HR website and track inventory and order office supplies and other items for the HR Department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in administrative support.
