Part-time Swim Instructor and Lifeguard

Goldfish Swim School is a dynamic and growing company that values its employees. As a Part-time Swim Instructor and Lifeguard, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.

As a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Teaching 4 swimmers per class, following a well-established curriculum of water safety, swim, and swimplay skills
• Lifeguarding and supervising lessons as requested or needed
• Communicating progress and celebrating accomplishments with parents and caregivers at the end of class

You will guide new swimmers through their first days at Goldfish and support them as they progress from mini and junior swimmers to gliders and pros.

• A passion for helping others and a fin-tastic personality
• The ability to work part-time, consistent 4-hour shifts (mostly after school and weekends)
• Excellent communication skills to work with children, parents, and team members
• The ability to do quality work and represent Goldfish Swim Schools mission
• Patience and genuine enthusiasm for working with students of various ages and skill levels

We offer competitive pay, estimated around $14-$18 per hour, depending on experience and location.
