Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing traffic in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to sit and rest
  • Greeting and assisting guests by opening doors, directing them to available parking spots, and helping them to exit vehicles
  • Assisting and directing traffic flow to exit the property
  • Monitoring the parking lot to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Setting up and breaking down signage and equipment
  • Using two-way radios to communicate with other team members
  • Observing safety and security procedures
  • Representing Five Star Valet Services in a professional and respectful manner at all times

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
  • Ability to provide superior customer service and direction to patrons
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (4-6 hours)
  • Ability to bend, squat, lift, push, and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work and maintain concentration in all weather conditions
