About the Role
This Ambulatory Nursing Care Specialist position is an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN on our Ambulatory Resource Team, you will provide individualized patient care under the direction of a physician or licensed healthcare provider in a clinical practice. Your duties will include rooming patients, taking vitals and health history, documenting in an electronic medical record, giving injections, and assisting with minor procedures.

Responsibilities
- Room patients and take vital signs
- Document patient information in electronic medical records
- Administer injections and assist with minor procedures
- Provide individualized patient care under the direction of a physician or licensed healthcare provider

Requirements
- Graduation from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and licensure as an LPN within the state of South Carolina or a compact state
- One year of LPN experience preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
