Job Description

Job Title: Speech Therapist

Job Summary:

Invo Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our Early Intervention team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with infants and toddlers with developmental delays, providing intervention and training to families in the areas of pre-speech skills, functional play, motor imitation, expressive/verbal language development, receptive language development, and feeding/swallowing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with families to provide training and support in areas such as pre-speech skills, functional play, and feeding/swallowing skills
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in children's communication skills
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve communication skills in children
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes
