Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Class A Driver to join our team at Martin-Brower. As a CDL Class A Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, delivering products to our valued customers in a timely and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Commercial Motor Vehicle: Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and deliver products to our customers.
  • Unload and Deliver Products: Unload and deliver products to our local customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks: Securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Must be at least 21 years old, have at least 1 year Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military.
  • Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree: A high school diploma or general education degree is preferred.
