Our Psychiatry team comprises experienced professionals, including physicians and advanced nurse practitioners, specializing in Adult and Child Adolescent Psychiatry. Patients will benefit from a full range of individual and group therapy options, along with integrated specialty care.

Your Practice:

  1. Flexible Work Arrangements: Design your ideal work-life balance with options for hybrid remote work or a 4-day work week, including dedicated administrative time
  2. Innovative Treatment Approaches: Engage in a Collaborative Care model integrated with primary care, offering individual therapy and group sessions covering Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Geropsychology, and trauma-informed care such as Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR
  3. Comprehensive Administrative Support with a dedicated Practice Manager, Case Managers, and a team of therapists
  4. Medical-Legal Consultation services to safeguard your practice and licensure

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a balanced workload: 100% outpatient care, flexible scheduling, no weekend duties, 60-minute initial assessments, and 30–45-minute follow-up sessions, utilizing Epic EMR in a multidisciplinary environment
  2. Enjoy a flexible schedule with remote work options
  3. Provide psychiatric medication management and therapeutic direction
  4. Participate in quarterly on-call duties, with no travel or inpatient responsibilities: evening and weekend phone support only, one week per quarter with behavioral health crisis triage assistance

Compensation Package:

  1. Competitive base salary of $300,000 plus $60,000 in bonuses and up to $58,000 based on performance metrics
  2. Generous vacation time of 4 weeks+, CME time with a substantial stipend, malpractice insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package
  3. Encouraged work-life balance

Required Qualifications:

  1. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry
  2. Unrestricted Medical License in Washington State required prior to employment
  3. Current DEA certification for Washington State required prior to employment
