What We Are Looking For:

We seek enthusiastic and sociable Bartenders to provide an outstanding experience for every guest. Bartenders are responsible for delivering a comprehensive dining experience that includes extensive menu knowledge and the preparation of cocktails that adhere to Torchy's standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Delivering an exceptional full-service experience to our guests consistently.
  • Building relationships with regular patrons to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Thriving in a dynamic, high-energy setting.
  • Completing opening and closing tasks while ensuring a tidy and inviting bar area throughout your shift.
  • Crafting unique signature beverages that reflect Torchy's creativity.
  • Understanding and complying with state alcohol-server regulations, food handling guidelines, and Torchy's policies regarding alcohol service and safety.
  • Managing tabs throughout your shift using our point of sale system.
  • Enjoying your work and having fun.

What You Will Need:

  • Prior experience as a bartender in a restaurant setting.
  • A valid state alcohol-server license (such as TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.).
  • Flexibility in work schedules and hours based on business needs.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and walk for long durations.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for items on shelves at various heights.
