Key Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in overseeing store operations, including managing inventory, scheduling, and employee performance.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork among employees.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a 40-hour week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
